Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about insurance products and services. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels. Maintain and update customer records in compliance with company policies. Collaborate with Sales, Claims, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery. Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Gather and act on customer feedback to enhance service quality and efficiency. Monitor customer trends and report insights to support business objectives. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer service experience, preferably within the insurance sector. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software. 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role is preferred. The successful candidate will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
