Engage in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Prior customer service experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers. Proficiency in customer service software and management tools. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues. As part of our team, you will report to the Customer Service Manager and work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
