Customer Service Representative

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Client Support & Issue Resolution: Act as the primary contact for client by providing shipment updates, respond to client inquiries, and resolve customs or logistics issues. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requests are processed efficiently and accurately. • Follow up on pending requirements and keep clients informed throughout the service process.
REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree is an advantage but not required. • Must have basic to intermediate English communication skills. • Must be keen to details and highly analytical. • Amenable to start as soon as possible.
