Customer Service Representative

Our long‑standing distribution client in Vernon Hills is growing and looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team!

Job Highlights:
• Temp to Hire
• Pay: $20–$22/hr
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm
• Immediate benefits through Express: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short/Long‑Term Disability, EAP, and weekly paychecks

Job Duties:
• Answer inbound/outbound calls (40/day, double during busy season)
• Respond to email & chat inquiries (60/day, double during busy season)
• Place customer orders
• Process refunds & complete related data entry
• Assist customers with questions about payments, products, and returns

Ideal Candidate:
• Reliable, strong communicator, and eager to learn
• CRM experience
• Some college coursework preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
