CUST0MER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Savanna-la-mar

JOB SUMMARY
Provide friendly and efficient customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering accurate information. The reports helps ensure customer satisfaction and supports the smooth operation of the service area.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of three (3) CSEC subjects or equivalent, including Mathematics and English Language; or successful completion of an approved equivalency test; and/or
• At least one (1) year of relevant work experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met.
• Ensure the service area is clean, organised, and welcoming.

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional demeanour with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of reliability, responsibility, and integrity.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and support brand as required.
