About the roleThis position is for our client, a leader in the solar panel industry, renowned for their expertise and commitment to excellence. They are dedicated to providing top-quality solar solutions and exceptional customer service, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and building long-term client relationships.
General Responsibilities:Acquire necessary information about service-related requests.Provide work order estimates for service requests based on market and company rates.Troubleshoot basic technical issues in solar installations.Communicate effectively with customers, dealers, sales managers, Customer Support Specialists, solar equipment manufacturers, accounting, and operations managers.Document service issues and resolutions accurately.Participate in cross-functional meetings.Provide excellent customer service to clients.Escalate complex service requests to Customer Support Specialists.Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:Ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.Attention to detail when recording project information in company databases.Self-motivated and able to thrive in a team environment.Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).Strong customer service skills.Comfortable with inbound and outbound calls and possess strong phone etiquette.High school diploma or equivalent.Availability to work from 11 am to 7 pm CST - Monday through Friday
