Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism. Provide detailed product and service information, troubleshoot issues, and escalate unresolved problems appropriately. Process orders, forms, and requests accurately and promptly. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system. Follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and streamline processes. Participate in feedback sessions to gather customer insights and support continuous improvement initiatives. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle challenging situations effectively. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software preferred. 1-2 years of customer service experience is a plus. This role reports to the Customer Service Manager and offers mentoring and professional growth opportunities within a supportive team environment. The position is based in Soshanguve, Gauteng, and is not remote eligible. Compensation: R7,000 per month.
