The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. The CSR handles inquiries and issues via phone calls, emails, live chats, and other communication channels. This position also requires order entry, entering customers orders accurately to ensure deadlines are met. Additionally, the role involves working cross-functionally with other departments to provide timely solutions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. QualificationsEnglish Proficiency C1+High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position (1-2 years preferred).Familiarity with CRM software or ticketing systems is a plus.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.• Willingness to work overtime as needed based on workload.• Different shifts may be required to adjust to US hours and ensure coverage during company business hours.
