The CSR is responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, processing requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS
At least Senior High School graduate
With good communication skills
Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Willing to be assigned in the specified locations
With or without experience
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Computer literate in an advantage
