Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and resolving their concerns efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to develop solutions to common customer issues. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any further questions. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Meet performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and friendly demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced environment.
