Key Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive customer experience. Resolve customer issues and complaints through effective problem-solving and empathetic communication. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using company software. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and streamline processes. Identify trends in customer feedback and provide insights for continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in training new team members, sharing knowledge of best practices and procedures. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance metrics and strategies for success.
