Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Incredible attention to detail.
• Experience working as a customer services representative.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
