Key Responsibilities Provide prompt, courteous, and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring first-contact resolution. Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, maintaining a positive and professional tone to enhance customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and easy access for follow-up. Collaborate closely with internal teams and departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues promptly. Conduct timely follow-ups with customers to confirm satisfaction with solutions provided and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Stay updated on product features, updates, and best practices to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. Participate actively in training sessions and team meetings to enhance service skills and share knowledge with peers. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 1-2 years of experience in customer support or related roles. Proficiency with customer support software and CRM systems. Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Experience working in a customer-centric, technology-driven company.
