You will play a vital role in helping customers navigate the recovery process with empathy and professionalism, directly impacting customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Guide customers through the recovery process, ensuring they understand their options clearly and feel supported at every step. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions to facilitate seamless follow-ups and continuous improvement. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance overall service delivery efficiency. Monitor customer feedback and identify trends or areas where service improvements can be made to increase satisfaction rates. Participate actively in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and recovery process enhancements. Achieve key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction scores, response times, and resolution rates. What We're Looking For Required: Pre-University Certificate (PUC) or equivalent educational qualification. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and patient, empathetic responses. Ability to work effectively within a team environment, demonstrating collaboration and support. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service. Preferred: Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
