We're Hiring | Customs ManagerYáñez y Asociados is currently seeking an experienced Customs Manager to join one of our clients in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico.000000Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all import and export operations, ensuring compliance with Mexican and international customs regulations.Manage customs brokers and logistics providers to ensure efficient cross-border operations.Ensure compliance with IMMEX, Annex 24 & 30, USMCA, and applicable customs laws.Coordinate customs audits and maintain accurate documentation.Develop and implement strategies to optimize customs processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.Monitor changes in customs regulations and implement necessary updates.Lead, coach, and develop the customs team.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Customs, International Trade, or Global Logistics.Previous leadership experience in a Customs Manager or similar role.Strong knowledge of Mexican Customs Regulations, IMMEX, Annex 24 & 30, and USMCA.Experience working with customs brokers and government agencies.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Advanced English (written and spoken).
