Key Responsibilities: Monitor network traffic and security alerts using SIEM tools Identify, analyze, and respond to security incidents promptly Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing Implement security controls and industry best practices Conduct risk assessments and security audits regularly Ensure compliance with company security policies and standards Investigate suspicious activities and prepare detailed incident reports Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts Required Skills: Strong knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, and endpoint security Experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk or QRadar Solid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001 Basic scripting skills in Python or PowerShell are a plus Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field is required.
