About the role
CybelAngel protects companies' data and critical assets by uncovering hidden vulnerabilities and detecting digital threats. After training provided by the teams, you will manage a portfolio of clients and help protect them from potential threats.
Responsibilities
- Manage alerts detected by algorithms across the perimeters CybelAngel scans.
- Eliminate false positives and identify confirmed threats.
- Analyze fraudulent domain names, compromised credentials, vulnerable assets, and code or sensitive data leaks.
- Prepare incident reports.
- Help clients use CybelAngel's solutions by discussing alerts, configuring keywords, and tracking product adoption.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects, including writing content for clients and the website, collaborating with the product team to improve the technology, and conducting specific research related to the dark web or other ad hoc services with the React team.
