Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer service or recruitment experience preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Friendly and approachable personality to engage effectively with candidates. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a part-time role. As part of our supportive and collaborative team, you will report directly to the Recruitment Manager and help shape the future of part-time employment in Washington, DC. Compensation: $11 per hour
