Data Administrator

As a ServiceNow Client Foundation Data Administrator, your main responsibilities will include:Learn/understand ServiceNow client foundation data objects and administrative duties:Monitor incoming Service Requests for client foundation, assess requests and self-assign work as appropriate.Research, validate and fulfill requests.Follow specific guidance as/when provided by assigned leader.Perform other data cleansing activities as assigned (i.e., name changes, add missing client deployments, correct existing errors in records) Basic Qualifications for Consideration:1+ years of experience in Application Support, Systems Support, Production Support, or Technical Operations roles.High School required; Bachelor’s degree preferredDemonstrated problem solving skills, analyzing and developing/documenting effective processes.Strong written and verbal communication skills (in English)Proven ability to interact successfully with multiple levels of leadershipAnalytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated flexibility to drive results when the path to the answer is not clearFlexibility to work longer hours during peak times Soft Skills:Knowledge of ServiceNow, eCRM, Excel and Power BI or similar tools highly desirablePrevious experience working in financial servicesHas superb attention to detail and ability to manage multiple situations at a timeIs results-oriented, driven, and capable of delivering results while working under tight deadlinesHas excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to a diverse audienceThanks in advanced,
