It performs quantitative analysis, identifies trends and patterns, and develops statistical models to evaluate business performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.The Data Analyst designs and maintains dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to monitor key performance indicators and provide timely insights to management. The role translates complex datasets into clear and concise reports that support strategic planning, forecasting, and performance optimization.In addition, the position collaborates with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs and recommend data-driven solutions that improve decision-making and business processes. It supports data governance initiatives by maintaining data quality standards, documentation, and reporting consistency across the organization.The role also contributes to continuous improvement by automating reporting processes, enhancing analytical methodologies, and identifying opportunities to leverage data for operational excellence and business innovation.
QualificationsStrong academic background in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related fieldSolid understanding of data analysis, statistical methods, and data visualization techniquesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis and visualization toolsExperience in data collection, data cleansing, validation, and database managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insightsKnowledge of statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive analytics methodologiesFamiliarity with relational databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes is an advantageExperience in developing dashboards, KPI reporting, and business performance analysisStrong attention to detail with commitment to data accuracy, quality, and integrityExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic business environmentContinuous learning mindset with interest in emerging data technologies and analytics best practicesAbility to work independently while delivering high-quality analytical outcomes under tight deadlines
