Data Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities:Order Entry: Accurately input customer sales orders into the CRM system immediately upon receipt.Data Verification: Review customer purchase orders for correct pricing, quantities, and shipping addresses before final entry.Document Maintenance: Upload and organize digital copies of packing slips, vendor invoices, and shipping confirmations into the system.Daily Batching: Release batches of entered orders to the warehouse team at scheduled intervals to ensure steady workflow.Information Cleanup: Update customer records in the CRM, including contact information and specific delivery instructions.Discrepancy Reporting: Flag any inconsistencies between customer orders and current inventory levels to the supervisor.Support Tasks: Assist with basic administrative filing and data cleanup projects as assigned by the office manager
QualificationsData Entry Proficiency: Fast and accurate typing skills (high WPM preferred) with afocus on 10-key numeric entry.CRM Familiarity: Previous experience entering data into a CRM or database (e.g.,Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.Attention to Detail: Ability to spot small errors in part numbers or zip codes that coulddelay shipments.Reliability: Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of repetitive taskswithout losing focus.Communication: Ability to clearly communicate with internal team members via email orchat regarding order status.
