Job SummaryWe are seeking a midlevel Data Analyst with strong SQL expertise, a solid eye for data quality assurance, and the ability to translate data into clear insights for business stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, generate analytics reports, and support decision-making through compelling data storytelling.
Essential FunctionsWrite advanced SQL queries to extract, clean, and aggregate data from multiple data sources.Perform data quality checks and QA testing to ensure completeness and accuracy of data.Prepare clear analytical reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate insights to internal stakeholders.Work with business partners to understand analytical needs and translate them into structured data deliverables.Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data that can inform business strategy.Document data processes and support improvements to data workflows and data governance.Support adhoc analysis and contribute to ongoing datadriven projects.
Education and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).2–5+ years of experience in data analysis or related analytical roles.Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries, joins, subqueries, and data manipulation.Experience with data QA/testing and ensuring data integrity.Comfortable developing reports and visuals for nontechnical audiences (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar).Excellent communication skills and ability to tell a story with data.
Preferred (Nice to Have)Familiarity with ETL/ELT workflows or data warehousing concepts.Experience with Python, R, or data visualization libraries (optional).Background in business intelligence tools.
