Data Analyst Job in Hillside, Illinois - Full Time

Company is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Operations team in Hillside, Illinois . This full-time role focuses on developing, reporting, and summarizing performance data to support operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation and analysis of data reports related to Operations team activities. Manage daily reporting of Operations’ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Analyze trends and reports, providing actionable recommendations weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Develop new data views to enhance company insights on trends and revenue. Support ad-hoc analyses for various company initiatives. Collaborate with multiple departments on project implementations.
