Job description
TekBricks is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst in Waxhaw, North Carolina, to collect, process, and analyze data that drives informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools, and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations. Responsibilities Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns Build dashboards and reports using Power BI , Tableau , or Excel Develop and maintain automated data pipelines Execute statistical analysis to support business decisions Present findings clearly to stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with standards Technical Skills Proficiency in SQL for data querying Advanced Excel skills (functions, pivot tables, charts) Experience with BI tools such as Power BI , Tableau , or Looker Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy preferred) Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes Familiarity with statistical methods and data visualization techniques Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field 1–3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Location: Waxhaw, North Carolina, United States Salary: $5,000 per month Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
