The Data Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and coordination support to theinternational Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations managers. This entry-level roleis designed for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills anda willingness to learn the ins and outs of end-to-end supply chain execution. Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, the assistant helps maintain smooth operations by handlingroutine tasks across purchasing, vendor coordination, freight tracking, inventory accuracy, andoperational reporting. The successful candidate will serve as a central support hub between thethree management roles and will gain exposure to real-world supply chain systems, processes,and international business coordination.
Responsibilities are as follows and are not limited to:
• Assist in creating, updating, and tracking purchase orders in the ERP system.• Maintain accurate product data by updating SKU descriptions, pricing, and vendor details.• Support the reconciliation of material receipts by checking delivery confirmations andhelping resolve quantity mismatches.• Help maintain reports on purchase status, open orders, and stock allocations acrossbranches.• Update and monitor daily delivery schedules in coordination with fleet tracking tools.• Prepare and distribute route summaries, dispatch documents, and shipmentconfirmations.• Collect and organize logistics-related documents (BOLs, PODs, fuel receipts,maintenance logs).• Assist in scheduling freight pickups and tracking third-party carrier shipments.• Monitor incoming containers and update tracking sheets or systems based on freightforwarder updates.• Support warehouse inventory control efforts by entering cycle count results and preparingadjustment memos.• Help prepare and maintain warehouse SOP documentation (e.g. receiving procedures,safety checklists).• Track warehouse supplies and help coordinate reordering or replenishment when needed.• Assist in facility compliance tasks such as scheduling inspections or maintaining safetydocumentation logs.
Skills and Knowledge:• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a relatedfield.• B2 High English Level• Excellent analytical skills with advanced Excel abilities and experience using dataanalysis or BI tools to drive decision-making.• Familiarity with key supply chain concepts such as safety stock calculation, inventoryturnover, cycle counting, and continuous improvement of procurement processes.
