The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Automation &/ or Data Engineer with deep hands-on experience in agentic AI, modern LLMs, and full-stack data engineering. This role is purpose-built for someone who thrives at the intersection of intelligent automation, real estate technology, and enterprise data infrastructure. You won't just design systems — you'll build them, test them, and own the technical lift end to end.You'll work directly with our team to map, build, and deploy automated workflows that span our CRM (Salesforce), real estate platforms (Yardi & Allvue), and cloud infrastructure.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in data engineering, full-stack development, or automation engineeringProven hands-on experience with ETL automation toolsStrong proficiency in Python (primary) and comfort with JavaScript/TypeScript for full-stack componentsExperience integrating with SalesforceExperience building and deploying on modern cloud platformsSolid background in schema design, pipeline orchestration, data lineage, and connector developmentHands-on experience with OCR tools and document extractionComfort working across the stack — from cloud infra and APIs to front-end dashboardsPreffered Skills & ExperienceExperience with K-1 / financial document automation in a real estate, private equity, or fund accounting contextFamiliarity with ERP integrationsFamiliarity with Yardi and/or Allvue APIs or data models (real estate / fund admin context strongly preferred)Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Apache Airflow, Prefect, Temporal)Key ResponsabiltiesDesign and manage data schemas, connectors, and lineage across cloud environmentsBuild scalable pipelines on modern cloud providers (ETL/ELT, event-driven, and streaming)Ensure data quality, observability, and traceability across all integrated systemsOwn documentation of data flows, integration maps, and system dependenciesDesign, build, and deploy automated ETL workflows using modern LLMsImplement LLM-based extraction, classification, and triage pipelines for structured and unstructured dataArchitect and maintain deep integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systemsBuild bidirectional data connectors for Yardi and Allvue to support real estate workflows (investor reporting, fund accounting, asset management)Build and maintain OCR pipelines for automated capture of invoices, financial documents, and K-1 tax formsApply AI/ML-based extraction to identify, validate, and route structured data from unstructured documents
