Data Engineer - Remote Work

About the role

INDI Staffing Services is looking for a Data Engineer to join its Analyst team and participate in projects with multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. The role focuses on programming and providing a strong experience for the end user.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and find and query data sources.
• Clean and shape data, creating Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards as needed.
• Present completed work and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to Tableau, and create reports based on analyst parameters.
• Maintain and process SQL Server SPs and queries.

Requirements

• More than three years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Knowledge of Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment, and at least one year of prior Tableau work experience.
• Thorough understanding of relational data modeling.
• Strong analytical skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to deliver on commitments.
• Strong organizational abilities and a methodical approach to implementation, support, and documentation.
• Advanced English proficiency.
