Key Responsibilities Efficiently input and update data into database systems with high accuracy Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data integrity Collaborate with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies Organize and maintain both physical and electronic records systematically Participate in projects aimed at improving data entry processes and increasing efficiency Generate weekly and monthly reports on data trends and discrepancies for management Assist in training new staff on data management best practices and procedures Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with strong accuracy Exceptional attention to detail in data entry tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with data management software such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets 1-3 years of experience in data entry or related fields preferred As a Data Entry Operator at RKI Instruments, you will work under the guidance of the Data Management Supervisor within a collaborative team environment.
