Key Responsibilities Enter and update diverse information into databases with high accuracy. Review data regularly to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring quality control. Communicate clearly with team members to clarify data entry requirements and resolve issues. Maintain organized files and documentation for efficient information retrieval. Generate reports to support business operations and decision-making processes. Manage multiple data entry tasks independently with minimal supervision. Participate in training sessions to improve data entry skills and system knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in typing. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
