About the role
GEODIS Colombia is looking for a Data Intelligence Specialist to transform large volumes of information into insights that generate business value.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, transform, and ensure the quality of data from different sources.
- Develop Business Intelligence, analytics, and visualization solutions to identify trends, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making.
- Build dashboards and BI solutions, automate processes, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute directly to strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Business Administration, Finance, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data modeling, querying, and strategic analysis.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Python, and Qlik Sense.
- Knowledge of data quality and integrity, statistical models, and analytical solutions.
- Advanced English proficiency, B2–C1.
- Ability to turn technical information into clear, actionable business insights.
