Data Loading Executive

You will be responsible for loading, validating, and managing critical data in our internal systems, ensuring information quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Input and validate booking, contract, and rate data in internal systems
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of uploaded information
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance departments to cross-verify data
• Monitor data flows and resolve inconsistencies
• Develop data quality reports and contribute to process automation

REQUIREMENTS
• Final-year student or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Previous experience in database management or data loading
• Expert knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, advanced data checking, data cleansing)
• Advanced English proficiency (MANDATORY)
• Requirement: Mindset focused on continuous improvement and process automation
