Role: Senior Data Scientist – Generative AI / Agentic AILocation: Medellín, Colombia – Hybrid (2-3 day/week)Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities• Build and deploy LLM, GenAI, and Agentic AI applications into production.• Develop solutions using GPT and open-source models, including prompting, fine-tuning, and RAG.• Build agentic applications using LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks.• Develop AI applications using Python and SQL.• Deploy AI solutions using Azure, Kubernetes, and Helm Charts.• Work with Vector Databases / Vector Search, including Azure AI Search.• Support AI/ML Ops, CI/CD, APIs, testing, and production deployments.• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver scalable AI-powered solutions.
Must-Have Skills• Expert-level Python + SQL• LLMs / SLMs: GPT, open-source models, fine-tuning, prompting, RAG• Agentic AI applications in production – Critical• LangGraph / LangChain or similar agentic frameworks• Azure AI: Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AKS or similar• Kubernetes + Helm Charts• Vector Databases / Vector Search• AI/ML Ops & CI/CD• Strong Machine Learning and Statistical Modeling foundations
