Logitech is looking for a skilled Database Engineer to join our innovative software house in Tehran, Iran. This full-time role offers the opportunity to design, maintain, and optimize database systems that power cutting-edge software solutions in a collaborative and creative environment. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain relational and NoSQL databases ensuring high performance and scalability. Develop, test, and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures for efficient data handling. Manage database security, backups, and recovery plans to safeguard sensitive information. Work closely with software developers to integrate database solutions seamlessly into applications. Participate in code reviews and enhance database design patterns within the team. Conduct regular audits and troubleshoot database issues promptly. Keep up-to-date with the latest database technologies and best practices to improve system performance. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 3 years experience as a Database Engineer or similar role. Proficient in SQL and experienced with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Knowledge of cloud database services is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Industry certifications like Oracle Certified Professional or Microsoft SQL Server Certification are preferred.
