Decision Support Analyst

About the role

Acxiom’s Decision Support Analyst assists clients with business solution definition, campaign management, and business intelligence tools and processes. The role uses client data and Acxiom’s marketing capabilities to prepare accurately segmented, cleansed, formatted, ready-to-market data.

Responsibilities

• Execute and analyze decision support processes and data to measure campaign efficiency, data accuracy and integrity, operations performance, customer satisfaction, and cost effectiveness.
• Provide data, analysis, and recommendations to support technical operations and client satisfaction.
• Research and troubleshoot, administer applications, train application users, and make code changes.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients on business solution definition, campaign management, and business intelligence tools and processes.
• Audit post-production changes for service level agreement compliance.
• Execute complex campaigns, including reviewing campaign specifications, validating client deliverables with clients, obtaining sign-off, and conducting dynamic campaign execution.
• Work on processes associated with Acxiom Executed Campaign, Custom Client Reports, and Datamart Build services, including data mart builds, reporting and analytics, and campaign execution.
• Develop, maintain, and improve client relationships through increased client communications.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures and project requirements.
