Dedicated Sales Development Representative – Roofing

BuildOps HQ LLC is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and work exclusively with one of our roofing clients.The ideal candidate is a results-driven, bilingual sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, qualifying opportunities, and generating new business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProspect and contact potential roofing clients through outbound calls and other channels.Identify and qualify leads based on established criteria.Conduct outbound calling and follow-up activities.Schedule roof inspection appointments with qualified prospects.Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM.Track prospects, activities, and opportunities throughout the sales process.Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.Meet established activity, appointment, and performance targets.
REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience in sales, cold calling, lead generation, business development, or a similar role.Bilingual English/Spanish, with English proficiency at a B2–C2 level.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organization and follow-up abilities.Results-oriented and comfortable working with performance targets and KPIs.Experience using a CRM is preferred.Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.Based in San Pedro Sula or surrounding areas.
