About the role
Trust In SODA is seeking a Delivery Recruiter for an embedded client project. The 10-month B2B engagement involves recruitment across Sales, Marketing, Finance and R&D, with Finance or R&D experience particularly welcome. The role works North American business hours.
Responsibilities
- Source, qualify and deliver candidates, with no cold business development.
- Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, feedback and offers.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders.
- Deliver high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment, meeting clear targets while maintaining candidate quality.
Requirements
- A proven track record of managing multiple vacancies and delivering at pace.
- Recruitment experience within one or more of the relevant verticals.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and English communication skills.
- Client-facing experience, ideally within an embedded or RPO model.
