About the role

Trust In SODA is seeking a recruiter for an embedded client project. This is a 10-month B2B engagement recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Finance and R&D. Finance or R&D recruitment experience is particularly welcome. The role involves working North American business hours.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify and deliver candidates, with no cold business development.
• Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, feedback and offers.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders.
• Deliver high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment, meeting clear targets while maintaining candidate quality.

Requirements

• A proven track record of managing multiple vacancies and delivering at pace.
• Recruitment experience within one or more of the relevant verticals.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and English communication skills.
• Client-facing experience, ideally within an embedded or RPO model.
