We are looking for Subtitling Delivery Coordinators, energetic and skilled individuals who become part of the work in the systems on 2 screens and many files, professionally communicating with other parties via e-mail, support team members when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working as part of a team to ensure a timely and quality product through timely delivery of subtitling output and updates
- Update and maintain database and records for assignments
- Collect files from vendors/resources, monitor vendors that are performing late
- Perform quality checks on the files, prepare deliverables and send to customer
- Cooperate with GTS Support, Client Managers, Language Team and Finance Department
- Train colleagues from the team in the workflow for their clients

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential
- Fluent Polish (written and spoken) is essential
- Excellent attention to detail but vast
- Ability to stay focused
- Ability to work in tight deadlines
- Ability to work effectively as a team player while able to work independently
- Experience in working with databases and MS Excel
