About the role
High5 is seeking a Deployment Planning Head - Supply to lead deployment activities for designated waves, regions, or business units and support the Central Planning Hub vision and operating model.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute deployment plans aligned with overall transformation milestones, and ensure readiness across people, process, data, technology, and governance.
- Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
- Build relationships with business leaders, functional teams, and local planning organizations. Act as the primary point of contact between the Central Planning Hub program team and deployment stakeholders.
- Facilitate decision-making and escalation management, and drive alignment on deployment priorities and timelines.
- Implement standardized E2E Planning and IBP processes. Support adoption of global planning frameworks, governance, and KPIs; identify local process gaps and manage approved deviations.
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Drive organizational readiness; support communication, engagement, and training plans; and monitor adoption metrics and address resistance to change.
- Coordinate readiness for planning systems, master data, analytics, and reporting. Partner with technology teams on testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance activities.
- Ensure business process requirements are reflected in system configurations.
- Track deployment KPIs and benefits realization, facilitate governance forums and steering committee updates, maintain dashboards and status reporting, and proactively escalate risks and mitigation plans.
