About the role
Cementbaba.com is seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional for the Deputy Manager - Mechanical position.
Responsibilities
- Focus on minimizing breakdowns and ensuring the reliability, availability, and efficiency of plant mechanical equipment.
- Plan and supervise major overhauls, shutdowns, and equipment inspections.
- Supervise maintenance activities and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules.
Requirements
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering from a HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in modern dry process cement plant maintenance.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and mechanical schematics.
- Experience with raw mill roller press, utilities, or HAC is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
