We are seeking a technically skilled Software Engineer with at least 1-3 years of experiencein Software Development & L3-level support of product applications. The ideal candidatewill be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, handling IncidentManagement, code optimize to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:• Application Support & Incident Managemento Act as Level 3 escalation point for complex production issues, providingexpert support to L1 and L2 teams.o Analyz and resolve applications, databases, and report issues acrosslegacy and .NET platforms.o Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implemented permanent solutionsto prevent recurrence.o Manage critical incidents with a focus on minimizing business impact andensuring SLA compliance.o Improve system stability by proactively identifying recurring issues andoptimizing application behavior.• Application Development & Maintenanceo Maintain and enhanced legacy VB6 applications, ensuring continuedreliability and performance.o Support development and enhancement of .NET / C# applications, includingbug fixes and minor feature additions.o Debug legacy and modern codebase to resolve defects and optimizebusiness logic.o Follow best programming practices, including Code quality standards, Peerreviews, Documentation, Definition of Done (DoD)o Support application upgrades, patches, and minor enhancements inproduction environments.• Database & Reporting Supporto Develop, optimize, and troubleshot SQL queries, stored procedures,functions, and views on MS SQL Server.o Support enterprise reporting solutions using Crystal Reports and SSRS,including Fixing report failures, Performance tuning, Enhancing reportreliabilityo Assist with data validation, data corrections, and impact analysis inproduction systems.o Partner with business users to ensure reporting accuracy and dataconsistency.• Collaboration, Mentoring & Knowledge Managemento Work closely with business users, development teams, and globalstakeholders in an international environment.o Provide technical guidance and mentoring to L1 and L2 support engineers.o Create and maintain: Technical documentation, SOPs, Knowledge Base (KB)articleso Participate actively in code reviews, solution design, and technicaldiscussions.o Demonstrate strong alignment with Scrum values: Commitment, Focus,Openness, Respect, and Courage.
Experience:• 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and supportingsoftware solutions using VB6 with MS SQL and .NET Core• Extensive experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC),including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, andproduction support.• Practical exposure to working in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating withcross-functional teams to deliver stable and high-quality solutions.• Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP); able to solve technicalproblems• Working knowledge of Web application development using .NET Core (6/7/8), C#,Asp.net Core, MVC, Web API, Postman.• Experience with usage of Azure DevOps
