About the RoleWe are looking for a Designer / Content Creator who understands that content is notjust visual, but a key driver of performance and revenue.This role combines:Content creation (video + design)AI assisted content productionBrand aesthetic executionYou will be responsible for creating content that builds trust, communicates value, anddrives conversions, while leveraging AI tools to increase speed, volume, and testingcapabilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent CreationCreate short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, paid ads)Design static content (carousels, product visuals, social assets)Produce and edit UGC-style contentPlan product and lifestyle recording content when needed
AI Driven Content ProductionUse AI tools to accelerate content creation (editing, scripting, variations)Generate multiple creative angles and hooks efficientlySupport rapid iteration for ad testingMaintain brand consistency while using AI outputs
Performance CreativeDevelop creatives for Meta Ads (primary channel)Produce multiple variations for testingOptimize content based on performance (CTR, watch time, conversions)Brand ExecutionMaintain a clean, minimal, premium visual identityEnsure consistency across social media, ads, and websiteEcommerce SupportDesign assets for product pages and landing pagesSupport email marketing visuals (Klaviyo or similar)Improve product communication through visualsCollaborationWork with ecommerce, paid media, and brand direction teamsContribute to content planning and campaign ideasManage Content Library (Raw material + edited)
What We’re Looking ForStrong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)Graphic design skills (Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar)Experience creating short-form, performance-driven contentStrong understanding of AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney,Runway, CapCut AI, etc.)Ability to use AI to generate:o Hooks and scriptso Creative variationso Visual conceptsUnderstanding of what makes content convert, not just look goodAbility to work fast and iterate based on feedback and data
