Key Responsibilities Lead client calls to deeply understand their project management needs and tailor ClickUp solutions accordingly. Design visually compelling and functional ClickUp workflows, including add-ons and custom features aligned with client plans. Implement and configure ClickUp environments to meet specific client objectives and operational challenges. Collaborate closely with the services team to align ClickUp functionalities with client goals, ensuring smooth and efficient deployments. Develop and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing ClickUp’s capabilities. Support post-sale activities by leading strategy execution and service implementation to maximize client satisfaction and retention. Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and encouraging contract renewals. Identify process improvement opportunities both internally and externally, proposing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Provide actionable insights to marketing teams to improve lead generation and qualification strategies. What We're Looking For Required: Proven experience in solution design or project management tool implementation, preferably with ClickUp. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively lead meetings and articulate complex ideas clearly. Analytical mindset combined with creativity to develop innovative and practical solutions. Proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
