IT Support Technician – Dispatch Opportunity

Sharp Brains is looking for experienced IT Support Technicians to provide onsite technical support at client locations on a dispatch basis.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux.Deploy, replace, relocate, and decommission IT equipment.Support LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and access points.Assist with office IT, AV, conference room, and workplace technologies.Perform IT asset inventory, labeling, tracking, and equipment management.Support office moves, hardware refreshes, technology deployments, and remote hands activities.Coordinate with remote support teams and third-party vendors when required.
Required SkillsIT/Desktop/Field Support experience.Basic networking knowledge: LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and access points.Hardware asset management and inventory experience.Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.Ability to work independently onsite and coordinate with remote teams.
