About the role

Rebecca Adventure Travel | Galapagos & Latin America Luxury DMC | B Corp is a B Corp certified DMC creating authentic journeys across Latin America. The Destination Expert handles traveler and partner inquiries, turns them into bookings, designs itineraries, and helps ensure trips run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Handle trip requests from B2B partners and direct travelers.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable travel styles and experiences.
• Build tailored itineraries, travel plans, and vouchers.
• Use AI tools and workflows to optimize daily tasks, speed up itinerary creation, and enhance client communication.
• Help develop and expand Latin America products and services.
• Prepare and organize destination materials for sales and operations teams.
• Meet sales targets and deadlines.
• Travel within Latin America as needed to inspect and develop products.
• Meet travelers on location, welcome them, and check that their trip is going well.
• Participate in 24/7 emergency support for travelers on the ground.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in the travel industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Colombia, Peru, Costa Rica, Chile, and Argentina.
• Professional-level fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
