The SAP area implements and maintains Dollarcity's information systems in a timely, secure, and reliable manner. Its objective is to generate value for company operations by using technology to automate or simplify processes.

As a Developer Sr. Lead, you will lead the design, evolution, and delivery of software solutions for critical business operations. Within the SAP & Software Development function, you will drive technical vision, architecture, and development practices to bring scalable, high-quality applications into production. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional analysts, product owners, QA, and infrastructure teams throughout the software lifecycle, from concept to deployment and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the software development team, guiding technical decisions and enabling delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical designs, partnering with analysts and end users to define scopes and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external software providers to design integrations and define roadmaps for successful deployments.
