Development Merchandiser Leader

We are hiring for an experienced Development Merchandiser Leader to join our dynamic team and drive outstanding results in garment development and production coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the Development Merchandiser team, ensuring smooth communication and coordination with internal departments and overseas customers.
- Oversee the full development process from tech pack review, sample tracking, fit & quality checking to PP production handover.
- Ensure accurate timelines, cost control and quality standards are met.
- Provide technical guidance and solve issues in development and production.
- Build strong working relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure product requirements are met and challenges are addressed.
