About the role

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a skilled, customer-focused Support Engineer to support Kubernetes-based platform services, including, and the Argo CI/CD DevSecOps framework. The role works with developers, operations teams, and clients to support the stability, performance, and reliability of platform services.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Kubernetes clusters, platform services, and the Argo DevSecOps platform, resolving customer issues and supporting system reliability.
• Monitor Kubernetes clusters, and Medtronic’s Argo environments using Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana.
• Investigate and troubleshoot networking, storage, security, and application deployment issues within Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve platform stability and automate routine maintenance tasks.
• Help teams troubleshoot container images that are not running correctly.
• Manage and optimize Helm charts, Argo CD, Flux CD, YAML configurations, and other deployment artifacts.
• Use, configure, and maintain GitLab CI runners.
