Duration: 6+ months, with a strong possibility of extensionLocation: Colombia – 100% RemoteWorking Hours: EST (Eastern Standard Time)About the RoleWe are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a high-impact team responsible for delivering, deploying, and ensuring the operational readiness of AI-enabled solutions.In this role, you will work at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, security, APIs, and AI-driven technologies, helping transform business and stakeholder requirements into reliable, secure, and scalable technical solutions.You will collaborate closely with software engineers, security teams, architects, business stakeholders, and technology vendors to ensure applications move smoothly from development through production. You'll also play a key role in establishing deployment standards, improving automation, strengthening DevSecOps practices, and ensuring systems are properly monitored and supported.This is an excellent opportunity for a DevOps professional who enjoys working in a modern Azure environment and wants to gain deeper exposure to AI, APIs, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.What You'll DoCI/CD & Releases: Build and support CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, environment promotions, approvals, and rollback processes.Azure & Kubernetes: Deploy and configure solutions using Azure, AKS, Container Registry, Key Vault, API Management, Helm, and Kubernetes.APIs & AI Integration: Support APIs and MCP endpoints, including authentication, schemas, versioning, and gateway configuration.DevSecOps: Integrate security controls such as vulnerability scanning, secrets management, audit logging, and remediation.Release & QA: Coordinate releases, testing, environment readiness, and deployment activities across teams and vendors.Monitoring & Documentation: Maintain deployment documentation, runbooks, operational guides, and monitoring using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.3+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer with hands-on cloud deployment experience.Strong practical experience with GitHub Actions, including repositories, pull requests, branch protection, workflows, and release management.
