DevOps Platform Engineer

Title :DevOps Platform EngineerLocation :Brazil Remote Position OverviewWe are seeking a DevOps Platform Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise development platforms, automation solutions, and CI/CD infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with infrastructure as code, configuration management, cloud-based development platforms, and automation using Ansible, Terraform, Python, Atlassian Cloud, Artifactory, and CI/CD technologies.Key Responsibilities• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise DevOps platforms and automation frameworks.• Develop infrastructure and configuration automation using Ansible and Terraform.• Build, optimize, and support CI/CD pipelines for application and platform delivery.• Develop automation tools and scripts using Python.• Administer and integrate Atlassian Cloud platforms, including Jira and related development tools.• Manage and support Artifactory for enterprise artifact and package management.• Support integration and automation across development, testing, deployment, and operational environments.• Troubleshoot platform, pipeline, infrastructure, and deployment issues and drive root-cause resolution.• Implement DevOps best practices for scalability, reliability, security, and operational efficiency.• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and infrastructure teams to improve developer experience and delivery processes.• Create and maintain technical documentation, automation standards, and operational procedures.Required Qualifications• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Automation, or related roles.• Strong hands-on experience with Ansible and Terraform.• Proficiency in Python scripting and automation.• Strong experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines.• Experience with Atlassian Cloud, particularly Jira and related development tools.• Experience with JFrog Artifactory or similar artifact repository platforms.• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuration management, source control, and automated deployments.• Experience working in enterprise-scale development and engineering environments.• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.• Knowledge of Git, REST APIs, Linux/Unix administration, and security best practices.• Experience integrating enterprise DevOps tools and building developer self-service capabilities.Key TechnologiesAnsible | Terraform | Python | Atlassian Cloud | Jira | Artifactory | CI/CD | Git | Linux | Docker | Kubernetes | Cloud Platforms
